One Park Place is a premium European-style mini-township by Lohia Jain Group in Warje, Pune. Spread across 13 acres, the project offers 2, 3 & 4 BHK homes with 3-sided hill views, 40+ lifestyle amenities, strong connectivity, and the trust of a 40+ year legacy developer.

- The challenge was to position One Park Place beyond generic real estate claims and create a campaign that could communicate its nature-led lifestyle, township planning, hill-view advantage, Warje connectivity, and developer trust in a distinctive and emotionally engaging way.
The Research
Our research showed that Gen Z connects most with brands that feel relatable, entertaining, and rooted in internet culture, making it essential for Oxypop to show up through eye catching, trend driven content rather than traditional product led communication.

The campaign was built around “A little more life.” The design language used soft greens, leaf elements, hill illustrations, botanical textures, clean layouts, and European-inspired visual cues to create a warm, premium, and nature-led identity for the project.
